The applicant should
- Demonstrate a proven track record in housekeeping management and a commitment to meet our contractual key performance indicators.
- Have a minimum of two year’s previous experience working as a housekeeping assistant head or senior housekeeper
- Experience of understanding how day to day performance link to service level agreements/standards and key performance indicators.
- Possess a proven track record of successfully leading people.
